When will I get my first issue? Typically you will receive your first subscription to FAE Magazine within 3-5 working days (7-14 working days for outside the UK)
Do subscribers get their copies before the shops? Subscribers will generally receive their magazine before the shops.

I’ve changed my mind, can I get a refund? We do not offer refunds on subscriptions.
Ticket Refund policy:
From October 2021: Tickets are non-refundable unless we have to cancel an event. If we have to cancel due to Covid-19 you will be offered to transfer your tickets to the next available event. Thank you for your kind understanding during these challenging times.
Can I get back issues, and are they still in stock? Yes you can get them in the FAE shop as a bundle, or can be brought individually. There are limited numbers of each edition.
How do I know if my advert will be accepted? For both Magazine and Website advertising FAE Magazine has a strict policy of appropriate and sympathetic advertising. This is to protect the integrity of the magazine and keep the content relevant for our readers. To this end we will accept adverts that have an appropriate theme for our readers. If you are wondering if your advert is appropriate please ring our advertising team on +44 (0) 1736 330210 or email email@example.com with your enquiry. The editor has the final say in whether adverts are accepted or not.
How much is the delivery cost? There is an initial cost per order plus a fee for each additional item on top of that. Heavier items will cost more and lighter items will cost less. Costs are calculated at the shopping cart once the delivery country has been selected.
Where will you delivery to? We deliver internationally.
How long does it take to deliver? Delivery takes between 1-5 working days in the UK and 7-14 days for the rest of the world.

Do you take credit cards? Yes. We accept visa, master card, discover and Amex cards. Order over the phone by calling +44 (0) 1736 330201 (mon-sat 10am – 7pm).
Is your website secure for my payment? We use secure servers and have an authorised SSL certificate for complete purchase piece of mind (see the security logo at the bottom left of each page). You can use your Visa card, Master Card, Discovery or Amex or pay using your PayPal account.
Can I pay by cheque, postal order or direct bank transfer (BACS)? Yes you can. Please email email@example.com stating your order and delivery address and we will forward you the necessary details. Please make cheques payable to Love & Light.
What is your refund policy? We do not issue refunds on our products, unless they are faulty and we are notified within 3 working days. The buyer is responisble for postage costs to return item(s). We are not responsible for items lost in the post.
