Pay for your stand online for one of Karen Kay’s Faerie Events.
Please note the NEW “Spirit Space Table” is a standard trestle style table space within the NEW Spirit Stage Space. Please be aware that there are acoustic performances and healing workshops during the daytime. By night it becomes the Spirit Stage DJ space and Silent Disco.

Traders must provide their own weather proof stand plus table and chairs if required. Pitches are 10′ by 10′ (3m x 3m). Electricity is not provided. Trading pitches come on their own terms and can set no conditions on other traders. Traders must be setup by Thursday evening, and pack-down on Monday morning. Stall bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Traders pass – Stalls include provision for 2 adults. If you need extra helpers for your stall add them on here.
Deposit – Secure your pitch by paying the deposit. Balances must be paid 30 days prior to the event at the latest.
