IMPORTANT TERMS OF TRADING: Traders must provide their own weather proof stand plus table and chairs if required. Pitches are 10′ by 10′ (3m x 3m) it is important that you let us know in advance if your set-up is bigger than this. Each pitch can have up to 6 staff, any extra staff are charged at £60 per person. As a condition of catering at our festival you agree to provide 10 meal vouchers per day , these will be collected daily by the site manager). Electricity is not provided, so you must bring your own silent generator (in housing). Trading pitches come on their own terms and can set no conditions on other traders. The ‘Faery Kingdom’ arena is where the stage is located. Traders must be set-up by Thursday evening, and pack-down on Monday morning. You may not leave the site until the festival has officially closed. Stall bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. You must bring all insurance/catering certificates with you for inspection during the event.
